It is located in Liznjan-Medulin, close to beaches and restaurants, making it an ideal vacation spot.This modern and spacious villa is perfect for a comfortable stay for up to 8 people, with indoor space consisting of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms..., each with its own private bathroom, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort for all guests. On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen with a dining area and a beautiful view of the private pool. Additionally, one of the bedrooms is located behind the house and can be accessed from the ground floor.On the first floor, there are two separate entrances. One leads to a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, while the other leads to a living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms, one of which has a beautiful balcony with a nice view.Enjoy the refreshment in the private pool, which can also be heated during colder days. There is also a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. Additionally, comfortable loungers are located outside where you can relax with a refreshing drink. A covered pergola offers a shaded place for playing table tennis and darts, and there is also a children's swing and slide, which will be a perfect place for the youngest guests.We want to emphasize that from time to time, the owners also stay there. Villa was superb. So clean and inviting. Pool area had an outside shower and toilet which was just as clean and modern as the rest of the villa. Plenty of space. Each bedroom fully air conditioned with lovely ensuite. The extra lounge / kitchen on the first floor was very useful for a coffee first thing along with util...ity area. Die Unterkunft war wirklich prima, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und wohnen im vorderen Teil des Hauses, allerdings kommt man mit ihnen kaum in Kontakt; außerdem ist es hilfreich, einen Ansprechpartner direkt vor Ort zu haben. Hervorzuheben ist insbesondere der tolle und gepflegte... Pool (wird einmal die Woche gereinigt), die Sauberkeit der gesamten Unterkunft, die gut ausgestattete Küche und dass jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügt. Anzumerken ist zudem, dass die jeweiligen Schlafzimmer aufgrund der eigenen Eingangsbereiche nochmals etwas mehr Privatsphäre vermitteln. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!Read more

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder und 2 Babys) waren für eine Woche in der Villa und können nur Positives berichten. Das Haus ist toll aufgeteilt, sodass man sich auch als große Gruppe nicht in die Quere kommt. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer, ein kleiner Wäscheraum und eine kleine Küche/Wohnzimmer. Im U...ntergeschoss befindet sich noch ein Schlafzimmer und eine große Küche. Alle Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad. Im Außenbereich sind Pool, Grill, Liegen, Schirme, Tischtennis-Tisch und Dartscheibe zu finden. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und modern. Die Küche ist für den alltäglichen Gebrauch gut ausgestattet - insgesamt gibt es drei Kühlschränke. Ebenso sind Babybetten, Hochstühle und Plastikgeschirr vorhanden. Die Besitzer haben während unseres Aufenthaltes im Anbau nebenan gewohnt. Sie waren sehr freundlich und bei Fragen hilfsbereit. Weder der Garten noch das Haus sind vom Anbau aus einsehbar, sodass man komplette Privatsphäre hat.Read more
