This beautiful Villa Ajlin is located in a quiet area near the sea and a few minutes from the tourist town of Medulin. The location of the holiday home allows relaxation, but also offers a variety of activities, jet skiing, diving, paragliding and much more.The villa has four well-appointed bedrooms and can accommodate... up to 8 people. The stylishly furnished ground floor consists of a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The staircase takes you from the ground floor to the first floor where there are three more comfortable and beautifully decorated en-suite bedrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed and direct access to their own balcony giving you an extra private spot to enjoy the beautiful sea views.If you want to spend your holidays in the sun, you will find a refreshing pool in front of the villa, perfect for warm sunny days. If you prefer to swim in the sea, the first bay beach is only 100m. from the villa. The Mukalba beach is 300m. away, Medulin beach about 1.5 km. Outside there is also a dining area with a charcoal grill. Private parking is located in the fully fenced property. Hallo es war eine wunderschöne Zeit, top Ausstattung Top Pool und Wunderbare Anlage .werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Eine sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage. Auf unsere Fragen wurde schnell reagiert. Vielen Dank an Frau Haid! Der Pool war genau richtig. Die Küche war sehr schön und hatte alles was wir benötigten. Genug Handtücher waren vorhanden. Der Ausbildung im 1. OG war sehr schön. Insgesamt hatte die Villa für uns (7 Erwachsene,... 1 Kind und 1 kleiner Hund) genug Platz und viele Sitz Möglichkeiten. Jedes Zimmer hatte je 1 Toilette mit Dusche. Die Fenster waren gut isoliert. Die Stadt Medulin war zu Fuß ca. 35 Minuten entfernt. Ein netter Spaziergang. Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen!Read more

Sehr schöne Villa mit tollen Pool. Trotz einiger Baustellen in der Nähe war es wirklich ruhig. Der fußläufige Strand war etwas schwer zu finden, aber schön ruhig. Lidl war nur 700 m entfernt. Hafen und Restaurants in Medulin waren sehr schön. Uns gefiel aber der Strand in Fazana noch besser (20 Minuten Fahrt).
